Owner Operator
drivers pay for auto-liability, physical damage, cargo insurance, and occupational insurance. Occupational insurance includes life insurance as well as disability coverage. Traveloko pays for general liability, contingent liability, and workmen compensation for our employees.
All drivers are responsible for fuel tax (IFTA) charges. In addition to regular IFTA, there are surcharge states (like KY, OR, or NY), and administrative processing fees of $75.00 per quarter. IFTA and our fees are deducted in the first week of each ending quarter.

Yes, the orientations are done on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and you will most likely have your first load the same day. The orientations can last up to 6 hours and start at 8 am EST. They will take place at our terminal in Calhoun, GA

Deductions and Discounts
The best way to check if you are going to be receiving payments for any of your loads is to contact our accounting department. You can check the smartphone application for all your up to date settlements, notifications, and warnings that could lead to potential delays for payments.

Yes, you can bring pets. We allow up to one pet to be with you at any given time. You must sign a release form along with a deposit if you are in our Lease to Own Program.
Yes, all you need to do is sign our release form. We allow up to one person to be with you at any given time. Any passenger that is on board without previous authorization, is subject to immediate contract termination.
